Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. It involves 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care.

Responsibilities
  • Resident-Centered Care: Develop RN assessments and care plans, ensure resident and family participation, and proper documentation.
  • Clinical Compliance: Plan and implement healthcare programs, develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze health service data.
  • Budget Management: Participate in budget development and monitor compliance.
  • Leadership: Set goals, support professional development, monitor staffing, ensure compliance, and provide training.
  • Resident Care Coordination: Ensure availability of tools and supplies, collaborate with community resources, communicate care plan needs, and facilitate safe transfers.
  • Marketing: Promote service excellence, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and develop customer feedback systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
  • RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (must show proof if enrolled, certification obtained within three weeks of hire)
  • 1+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience

Compensation

The posted pay range is based on a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). Actual pay may vary depending on factors such as skills, education, experience, and market conditions. We value pay equity and consider internal equity when making offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is uncommon.
