Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Director of Health Services, RN to join our team. Located in Zimmerman, MN, Fremont Village opened in October 2022 and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care in a 65-unit community. We are proud to have received the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 from Star Tribune.

We are a growing, passionate team dedicated to helping seniors Age Magnificently. The role involves overseeing nursing care, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the Executive Director. Shifts are full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $126,500, based on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality resident care that meets standards.
  2. Conduct rounds to monitor care quality.
  3. Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  4. Assist with hiring, training, and retaining nursing staff.
  5. Develop staffing plans and schedules based on resident needs.
  6. Collaborate with leadership to build relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
  7. Evaluate residents' needs and ensure appropriate care levels.
  8. Manage clinical aspects of state and federal surveys.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license.
  • At least two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills.
