Sterling Pointe - Director of Health Services, Registered Nurse

Join our team at Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, as the Director of Health Services. Located near Highway 169 in Princeton, we offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a vibrant 57-unit community. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to lead our nursing team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with Weekend Manager on Duty rotation required.

Wage:

$85,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality resident care that exceeds standards.
  • Conduct rounds to monitor care quality and appropriateness.
  • Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  • Assist with hiring, orientation, training, and retention of nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement staffing plans reflecting resident needs.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
  • Assess residents to determine appropriate care levels.
  • Manage clinical aspects of state and federal survey processes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure.
  • Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Professional, positive, and cooperative relationship skills with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills.
