Sugar Loaf Senior Living - Director of Health Services, Registered Nurse

Join our team at Sugar Loaf Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, as a Director of Health Services. Located on Mankato Avenue in Winona, MN, Sugar Loaf has been providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services since 2012, and has been recognized as the Best Place to Work and recipient of the Bronze National Quality Award in 2017.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Weekend Manager on Duty rotation.
Wage: $85,000 - $126,500 annually, based on experience.

We seek a compassionate, passionate leader to oversee nursing care, clinical operations, and staff management, ensuring high-quality resident care that meets regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, maintaining documentation, assisting with hiring and training, developing staffing plans, collaborating with leadership, evaluating residents' needs, and managing survey processes.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, valid RN license, with at least two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred. Geriatric or restorative nursing experience is a plus. Must have strong interpersonal skills and advanced computer proficiency.
