This position is responsible for providing leadership in all aspect s of the provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care.
Responsibilities:
This role is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of resident care and clinical compliance within our facility. The position involves overseeing the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and providing leadership to the nursing department. The role also includes coordinating resident care, supporting marketing initiatives, and fostering a culture of service excellence.
Required Qualifications:
RN Licensure/ Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows - AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor.
American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED .
BLS is required upon hire (Must show proof if currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
