Job Title: Home Health Aide

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team! Located at the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street in Minneapolis, MN, our community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 77-unit apartment-style setting. Schedule and Compensation
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Weekend Manager on Duty Rotation
  • Wage: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience
About the Role

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality, appropriate resident care that exceeds standards.
  2. Conduct rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
  3. Maintain responsibility for proper charting, documentation, medications, and treatments.
  4. Assist with hiring, training, and retaining qualified nursing staff.
  5. Develop and implement staffing plans and schedules based on resident needs.
  6. Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with residents' families, care providers, and community partners.
  7. Evaluate residents' needs to ensure appropriate care levels.
  8. Manage clinical aspects of state and federal survey processes.
Qualifications
  1. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure in the state.
  2. At least two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
  3. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is a plus.
  4. Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  5. Proficiency in advanced computer skills.
