Job Title: Director of Health Services, Registered Nurse

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated Director of Health Services, Registered Nurse to join our team.

Location: Off Beam Avenue near Robinson Dr. and 113th Lane NW, Maplewood, MN. We specialize in Memory Care services, helping seniors Age Magnificently.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekend Manager on Duty Rotation Required.

Wage: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience.

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality resident care that meets or exceeds standards.
  2. Conduct rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
  3. Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  4. Assist with hiring, training, and retaining nursing staff.
  5. Develop staffing plans reflecting resident needs.
  6. Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with stakeholders.
  7. Assess residents to ensure appropriate care levels.
  8. Manage clinical aspects of survey processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid RN licensure.
  2. At least two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
  3. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  4. Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
  5. Proficiency in computer skills.
