Acuity Inc. is investing in the technology platform powering our go-to-market motion. We seek a Director, GTM Technology to lead strategy, architecture, and end-to-end execution with Sales, Channel, Operations, Finance, and Technology leadership.

This techno-functional leader bridges business and technology, understands GTM business processes, partner/customer experiences, and can build systems that make those motions work—now and with AI as a multiplier.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience operating at the intersection of GTM and technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including admins, developers, analysts and architects.
• Deep knowledge of GTM processes and customer/seller experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM technology platform end-to-end, including strategy, architecture and roadmap.
• Align platform goals with commercial outcomes across Sales, Channel, Operations and Finance.
• Build and run disciplined design-pilot-learn-scale cycles to improve GTM motion.
• Architect across Salesforce, Oracle ERP and data platforms with scalable integration patterns.
• Embed AI to accelerate configuration, data modeling, and seller productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure architectural standards and obligations.
• Lead a small, high-leverage team of admins, developers, analysts and architects.
