Job summary

Snyk in Boston seeks a GTM Business Applications Director to translate commercial priorities into an integrated GTM roadmap, align investment with delivery capacity, and own the adoption and business value of new capabilities across Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Success, and Services.

You will connect GTM priorities with Business Technology Delivery and the AI team, partnering with Finance and Procurement on business cases and vendor selections.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business applications / GTM systems.
• 5+ years leading teams and cross-functional technology portfolios.
• Proven ability to align senior leaders and deliver business change in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end GTM processes in a SaaS business.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and adjacent platforms (marketing automation, partner management, CPQ, integration).
• Experience developing people, coordinating distributed teams and external partners.
• Ownership of technology roadmaps, investment planning, vendor relationships, and lifecycle decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with GTM leaders and shape initiatives around clear business problems with accountable sponsors.
• Own the GTM applications roadmap, intake, prioritization, and delivery planning with explicit tradeoffs.
• Lead business discovery, requirements, and readiness; partner on design, estimates, and support.
• Develop GTM applications capability; coach analysts and partners, coordinate delivery teams.
• Own the investment plan; collaborate on business cases, renewals, and rationalization.
• Ensure clear acceptance criteria, UAT, and post-launch support; improve reliability with technical owners.
• Maintain trusted GTM data and integrations; manage access controls and reduce technical debt.
• Partner with GTM, AI, and Delivery on AI-enabled initiatives and priorities.
