Job summary

Freshworks incubates a strategic, systems-minded leadership role to architect the global Go-to-Market operating model. The Director, GTM Systems Architecture, will translate business strategy into scalable workflows and technology capabilities across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.

You will partner with IT and Engineering to evolve CRM, data, and AI-enabled workflows, balancing speed and maintainability while driving a simplified, scalable commercial engine. Hybrid/onsite in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or related SaaS roles.
Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM tech ecosystem.
Experience designing scalable operating models connecting people, process, data, and tech.
Strong ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Design and govern the GTM operating model and technology architecture.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, IT, and Engineering to align strategy and systems.
Own long-term GTM tech roadmap and data/integration strategy.
Lead AI-ready platform initiatives and governance.
