Job summary

GC AI is seeking a high-impact leader to drive consumption-based revenue by building and expanding AI-enabled workflows for enterprise customers. You will partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to design standardized legal workflows for business users and move customers toward a more AI-first approach.

You will own the go-to-market motion, shape product requirements from field signals, and lead expansion within a large installed base while tracking adoption metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading teams that design AI-enabled workflows for enterprise customers.
• Ability to stand up cross-functional enablement functions and scalable content for GTM teams.
• Proven track record in driving revenue through strategic product/engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own consumption revenue strategy and playbook for driving adoption and revenue across customers.
• Design standardized AI workflows for non-attorney business users and enable self-service through GC AI's platform, API, and connectors.
• Inform product with business user needs and translate market signals into product requirements.
• Drive go-to-market, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for workflow and consumption motion.
• Expand the install base by guiding existing customers to adopt AI workflows across their organizations.
• Build a feedback loop with customers to iterate workflow design and packaging based on adoption data.
• Track KPIs such as non-attorney user count, consumption revenue, and workflow adoption rates.
