Job summary

Essenti Talent in the greater Irvine area seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth across Fortune 1000 accounts. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and a stable career history.

You will identify target accounts, craft entry strategies, lead prospecting campaigns, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer's business goals and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships and understand customer’s critical business strategies, then work with a team of SMEs to create and execute a solution to achieve customer objectives.
