Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a Director of Business Development in the Irvine area to identify strategic accounts, build entry strategies, and drive multi-month sales cycles. You will lead prospecting efforts, develop client relationships, and coordinate with a team of experts to deliver integrated professional services that meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Proven track record of new business development selling professional services.
Large value deals ($250k+ per sale).
Experience with long sales cycles (3–12 months).
Career stability with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last 10 years.
Compensation derived through heavily leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated revenue growth through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships, and work with SMEs to create and execute solutions to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
