Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for named strategic global partners and coordinate agreements.
• Design and evolve a global partner program structure with regional execution.
• Develop incentive and ROI structures and ensure partner accountability.
• Build two-way channel development with resellers and OEM partners.
• Lead governance, enablement, and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Define and track partner KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and health.
