Shield AI is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Programs to own and scale our global partner infrastructure. This role blends program design with execution, establishing incentives, onboarding named partners, and building analytics that prove ROI across OEM and resell partnerships.

You will lead onboarding waves, define governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Deals, Sales, and GTM to accelerate partner-driven revenue. Travel ~40% is expected for global coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and managing global partner programs.
• Proven experience designing incentives, margins, and rebates programs.
• Experience managing hardware and software partnerships across OEM and resell models.
• Defense/public-sector partnership experience preferred, with long sales cycles.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally ~40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for named strategic global partners with revenue milestones.
• Design and evolve a global partner program structure across regions.
• Define and manage incentive, margin, and rebate structures.
• Develop two-way channel strategies for resellers and OEM partners.
• Create partner enablement content, certification paths, and joint business plans.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure governance and accountability.
• Track partner metrics (pipeline, revenue, ROI) and report quarterly.
• Onboard new named partners on a predictable cadence.
• Build global channel coverage in priority international markets.
• Establish a single source of truth for partner performance.
• Transform onboarding into a repeatable, versioned program.
