Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Programs to own the strategic global partner program across OEM and resell partnerships. You will build the program, sign and onboard partners, and develop incentive structures that drive measurable pipeline and revenue while enabling partners to sell Shield AI products.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, governance, enablement, and analytics, establishing data-driven governance and repeatable processes across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and managing global partner programs.
• Proven ability to design partner incentives, margins, and rebate programs.
• Experience managing global hardware and software partnerships.
• Defense/public sector partnerships preferred; long sales cycles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and partner performance reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~40%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for named global partners, coordinating legal and deal desk processes to reach initial revenue.
• Design and evolve a global partner program structure with in-region execution and governance.
• Develop incentives, margins, and rebates across both sides of the channel.
• Build and manage resell and OEM partner relationships, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities.
• Create onboarding content, certification paths, and joint business plans; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Define and track partner KPIs and report results to guide investment decisions.
• Onboard waves of named partners on a predictable cadence with a repeatable playbook.
• Expand channel coverage in international markets.
• Establish a single source of truth for partner performance.
• Systemize the program with standardized agreements and enablement resources.
• Maintain governance standards across named partner relationships.
