Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Programs to own and execute Shield AI's strategic global partner program across Influence, Transacting, and OEM partnerships. The role focuses on building a functioning program, onboarding partners, and creating incentive structures that drive revenue and measurable pipeline.

You will lead onboarding governance, enablement, analytics, and quarterly business reviews, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, program design, and two-way channel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and managing global partner programs, channel programs, or strategic alliances in B2B technology.
• Proven experience designing partner incentives, margin structures, and rebate programs with measurable ROI.
• Experience managing global partnerships across hardware and software, including OEM and reseller relationships.
• Defense, dual-use, or public-sector partnerships experience preferred, with long sales cycles and compliance considerations.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience building partner performance reporting.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for named strategic global partners, coordinating with Legal and Deal Desk and bringing partners to initial revenue on a predictable timeline.
• Design and evolve a global partner program structure with in-region execution and governance across regions.
• Develop and manage incentive structures, margins, and rebates for双方 partners.
• Develop both sides of the channel: resellers and OEM partners, ensuring portfolio alignment with GTM priorities.
• Create enablement content, certification paths, and joint business plans; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Define and track partner KPIs (pipeline, revenue, onboarding velocity, ROI, health) and report quarterly.
• Travel internationally ~40% to support global partners and initiatives.
