Job summary

Direct Recruiters, Inc. seeks a hands-on Director of FP&A in Spokane or Seattle to build the budgeting, forecasting, and analytics capability from the ground up. You will report to the CFO and partner with executive leadership to connect operational performance to financial results.

The ideal candidate will own financial models, reporting, and capital investment analysis, helping drive profitability, efficiency, and growth across locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally at Manager/Senior Manager or Director level.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capabilities.
• Experience linking operational metrics to financial performance.
• Background in multi-location, asset-intensive or complex services business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop cross-unit financial models and performance insights for executives and investors.
• Translate results into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with operational leaders to connect activity, revenue, labor productivity, and resource use to financials.
• Create capital expenditure and ROI/payback analyses to support investments.
• Establish scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs.
