Job summary

RentSpree is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Seattle, WA (hybrid). You’ll own the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning, partnering with the CFO and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

You’ll model scenarios, analyze SaaS metrics, and provide insights across product, marketing, sales, and operations, helping scale the business while shaping the finance function for growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields in high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with strong modeling ability; experience with AI workflows to improve efficiency.
• Fluent in reading/writing SQL and using BI tools to create dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain dynamic models to evaluate business scenarios and ROI.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize spend and improve ROI.
• Prepare materials for executive and board reporting.
