Responsibilities

• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Spokane, WA team.
• Sit beside the Spokane controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries.
• Watch DSO and DPO together, not as isolated numbers.
• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle.
• Map intercompany flows so consolidation never throws a surprise.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
• Forecast tax payments precisely to avoid penalties.
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts down to the last cent.
