Job summary

Elite Team Offices, Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide financial planning.

You will partner with the CFO and executive team to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence through rigorous analysis and scalable processes. You will build and lead the FP&A function, develop actionable insights, and manage a high-performing team to improve forecasting accuracy and financial transparency across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance experience.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and leading FP&A teams.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or project-based organizations preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, business analytics, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with CFO and executives to support strategic decisions and capital allocation.
• Develop financial models for investments, pricing, acquisitions, and initiatives.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Lead MOR process and executive financial reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs tracking financial and operational performance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and profitability.
• Coach and develop FP&A staff and establish scalable planning processes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, Sales, IT.
