Job summary

Ditto is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for a fast-growing software company. You will connect revenue, bookings, and cash flow with headcount and budgeting, partnering with engineering, product, sales, and leadership.

In this role, you will drive integrated reporting, model financing scenarios, and provide board-ready insights to balance growth with capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ownership of company-wide or substantial business-unit planning with forecasting
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling including integrated financial statements and cash flow
• Strong command of software economics, recurring revenue metrics, and bookings vs. revenue vs. cash
• Ability to challenge assumptions and explain financial trade-offs to executives
• Hands-on experience with imperfect data and practical reporting processes
• Proactive attitude about how AI can aid decision-making and automation

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan with integrated statements
• Link customer and contract assumptions to bookings, billings, revenue, and backlog; model renewals and funding risk
• Establish ARR, ACV, retention, gross margin, and reporting; distinguish recurring software from services
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and People on headcount, budgets, and margins
• Own management reporting, variance analysis, and board materials; support CFO with scenarios and diligence
• Build repeatable planning processes and improve data quality across finance, CRM, and HR systems
