Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) in Mountlake Terrace, WA. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and transform data into actionable insights to drive profitable growth.

The role partners across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, delivering monthly/quarterly reporting and strategic analyses. Candidates bring 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Business Analytics experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and variance analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, business cases, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to translate organizational goals into measurable financial plans.
• Analyze performance drivers and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting with insights.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows for timely information.
• Mentor the Senior Financial Analyst and serve as a finance partner to leaders across the organization.
