Tideworks seeks a seasoned Director of FP&A to lead enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with leaders across Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations. The role owns planning calendars, driver-based models, and management reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will drive liquidity analysis, performance KPIs, and capital allocation in a hybrid Seattle-based environment. 10+ years in finance with team leadership experience is expected, with GAAP/IFRS expertise and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
10+ years of Finance experience with at least 6+ years in managing teams of individual contributors.
Thorough GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
Experience in a private-equity backed software/tech environment preferred.
Strong proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, data management and large financial ERPs.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Own monthly/quarterly management reporting and EBITDA/cash-flow analysis.
Develop driver-based planning and scenarios across revenue, operations, and capital expenditure.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into targets and resource plans.
Design scalable FP&A processes during systems migration (e.g., NetSuite).
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, and liquidity management.
