Job summary

Infleqtion seeks a highly analytical Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics. This role partners with the CFO, CEO and Board to develop the annual operating plan and long-range model, delivering insights to guide operating decisions.

The candidate combines strong FP&A expertise with executive communication, and can build and challenge complex financial models in a fast-paced, growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 15+ years progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• 5+ years in corporate FP&A or strategic finance environment.
• Experience in a public company.
• Experience leading annual planning and quarterly forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and operating planning process across the Company.
• Own the quarterly forecasting process and provide timely updates to management and the Board.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Company's long-range financial model.
• Develop financial scenarios and sensitivities related to revenue growth, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, capex and cash requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to develop realistic financial plans and operating assumptions.
• Develop financial frameworks to evaluate programs, products, customers, contracts and strategic initiatives.
• Develop monthly management reporting packages, including financial results, KPIs, forecast updates and key business drivers.
