Ladders is seeking a Director, Targeting & Field Intelligence to drive strategy and execution for field targeting and analytics in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech sector. The role partners with field leadership and senior stakeholders to translate data into practical call planning and engagement guidance, improving prioritization and field effectiveness.

Formación

• Advanced degree in business, data science, analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in customer prioritization, analytics, or strategic planning in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven track record building and guiding large field team strategies.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable sales call plans.
• Excellent communication with field teams and senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance customer targeting strategy for field teams
• Identify and scale effective targeting methods within the team
• Recommend priority accounts and HCPs for engagement based on market factors
• Devise call plans to balance workload across the field force
• Support quarterly targeting and field NBA reviews with stakeholders
• Implement Next Best Action models to improve patient and HCP engagement
• Develop feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
