Ladders is seeking a Director, Field Intelligence Strategy & Governance to lead the strategy, governance, and measurement framework for field intelligence that supports commercial effectiveness. You will coordinate across business, analytics, and technology partners to translate field needs into an integrated roadmap, strengthening field operations with scalable insights and global standards.

This remote role offers $185,500–$344,500 annually.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in field analytics, commercial analytics, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable analytics and technology capabilities.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and measurement methodologies.
• Strong partnership skills with business, analytics, and technology teams.
