Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in customer prioritization, analytics, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to align field goals with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve customer (HCP & Account) targeting strategy for all field teams, aligned with strategic goals.
• Improve targeting methods by identifying and propagating up-to-date approaches.
• Recommend priority accounts/HCPs for field force engagement based on reimbursement trends, access positioning, and market dynamics.
• Devise call plans for accounts/HCPs to balance workload and meet stakeholder objectives.
• Support quarterly targeting and field NBA reviews with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM and Field operations to ensure NBA implementation.
• Work with Launch I&A to develop launch targeting and field NBA before disease state education and product approval.
• Develop an NBA decision engine with I&A AI/Data science teams.
