Ladders, in collaboration with a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks an executive to lead advanced analytics and precision health initiatives.

This remote leadership role translates complex healthcare and real-world data into strategic insights guiding clinical and research decisions, while partnering with providers and internal teams to strengthen patient identification and publication-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/healthcare focused on personalized/precision medicine.
• 5+ years of people management enabling data-driven decision-making.
• 5+ years of expertise in secondary data analytics or data science.
• Proficiency in analyzing healthcare data using advanced statistical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team analyzing healthcare data, including clinical trial datasets and electronic health records.
• Develop strategic partnerships with providers to identify eligible patients.
• Oversee the use of digital health technologies to capture patient-generated data.
• Track and analyze metrics on companion diagnostic availability and usage.
• Analyze real-world evidence to identify patterns in patient treatment responses.
• Align with stakeholders on research and clinical strategies for personalized medicine.
• Guide the drafting of technical reports and manuscripts for publication.
