The Ladders invites applications for a Director, Intelligence Planning & Execution to guide strategic planning and execution across a complex, matrixed organization in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. Remote location with substantial interaction with senior leadership and partner organizations.

You will lead integrated portfolio governance, align priorities and investments, and drive roadmap integration for disciplined execution across capabilities, enabling informed decision-making at the top levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant disciplines.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and governance initiatives.
• Strong track record in supporting senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Experience managing strategic portfolios and performance management frameworks.
• Background in leading transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Familiarity with matrixed organizations and global operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and organizational performance management for the organization
• Own integrated portfolio management and productivity governance across capability areas
• Ensure alignment of priorities, investments, and strategic initiatives within a coordinated operating model
• Act as the primary interface for portfolio planning and governance with senior leadership and partner organizations
• Drive cross-capability coordination and roadmap integration for effective execution of strategic imperatives
• Manage performance reporting and governance processes to support decision-making
• Facilitate organizational performance measurement and execution management across the organization
