Job summary

Novartis AG in the United States is seeking a Director-level leader of Targeting and Field Intelligence to shape the customer engagement strategy for HCPs and accounts across the field organization. The role blends analytics, strategy, and cross-functional leadership to ensure targeting aligns with market access opportunities and business goals.

You will oversee insights development, Next Best Action models, and alignment with I&A to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in customer prioritization, analytics, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic goals and targets for large field teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine customer targeting strategy for HCP & Accounts across Novartis field teams.
• Develop Next Best Action models to drive engagement and optimize field NBAs.
• Coordinate targeting & NBA strategy across field functions and with Insights & Analytics teams.
