Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Expertise in targeting, field intelligence, commercial analytics, and decision intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise capability for customer and account targeting methodologies.
• Define and govern field decision intelligence and action-planning frameworks.
• Develop Next Best Action strategies and analytical enablement.
• Identify opportunities and create intelligence-to-action models.
• Establish governance for targeting and field intelligence products and standards.
• Drive integration of analytics into actionable recommendations for field effectiveness.
