Salesforce is seeking a Director, Executive Operations & Leadership Engagement to join the Executive Operations team within the Customer Success COO organization. You will translate executive priorities into structured plans, govern leadership forums, and craft clear business narratives to drive cross-functional alignment.

In this role, you’ll own the operating rhythm, refine decision governance, and lead high-visibility forums and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in Executive Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Program Management in global SaaS/tech.
Proven ability to define executive communications strategies and stakeholder relationships.
Experience translating ambiguous inputs into structured execution plans.
Strong business acumen across customer success operations, financial cycles, and employee engagement.
Advanced speechwriting and narrative framing for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern the operating rhythm, decision frameworks, and executive forums across the organization.
Streamline decision-making with CS leadership and partners to drive execution.
Surface risks early and guide teams to resolve issues.
Own end-to-end communications strategy and messaging for leadership.
Shape agenda, narrative structure, and presentation content for major executive forums and leadership meetings.
Direct ad-hoc strategic priorities and translate complex challenges into execution plans.
