Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Director of Executive Operations & Leadership Engagement to partner with the Customer Success COO organization. You will translate high-level priorities into structured plans, shape executive forums, and drive cross-functional alignment to propel leadership impact.

You’ll own the communications framework, develop narratives for leadership meetings, offsites, and all-hands sessions, and guide teams through complex, high-stakes priorities with clarity and cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Executive Operations or Strategic Program Management.
• Proven ability to translate open-ended priorities into structured execution plans.
• Expertise in executive speechwriting and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating rhythm, governance, and executive forums across the organization to drive operational discipline and accountability.
• Partner with Customer Success COO leadership to streamline decision-making and drive execution.
• Filter operational noise, surface emerging risks, and guide teams to resolve issues.
• Own the end-to-end communications strategy and messaging framework for leadership.
• Shape agenda, narrative structure, messaging flow, and content for major executive forums, leadership summits, offsites, and all-hands meetings.
• Direct high-stakes, ad-hoc strategic priorities into structured execution plans across matrixed teams.
