Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Executive Operations & Leadership Engagement to join the Executive Operations team within the Customer Success COO organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Operations Leader, this role translates executive priorities into structured plans and high-visibility leadership forums.

You will own end-to-end communications, shape agendas for executive forums, and drive cross-functional alignment, turning ambiguous requests into actionable execution across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Executive Operations, Business Operations, Executive Communications, or Strategic Program Management in a global SaaS/tech environment.
• Proven ability to define executive communications strategies and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in executive speechwriting, narrative framing, and translating complex topics into clear presentations.
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into structured operational models and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong business acumen across Customer Success rhythms, financial cycles, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating rhythm, decision frameworks, and executive forums to drive discipline.
• Partner with CS COO leadership to streamline decision-making and execution.
• Maintain executive focus by surfacing risks and guiding teams to resolve issues.
• Own communications strategy and messaging framework for leadership aligned with goals and values.
• Shape agenda and messaging for executive forums, summits, offsites, and all-hands.
• Direct high-stakes priorities, converting complex challenges into execution plans across teams.
