Qualificações

• Bachelors or equivalent with leadership in Executive Operations, Business Operations, Executive Communications, or Strategic Program Management in a global SaaS/tech environment.
• Proven track record in setting operational frameworks and executive communications strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in executive speechwriting, narrative framing, and translating complex topics into clear leadership presentations.
• Ability to convert ambiguous inputs and shifting priorities into structured operational models.
• Strong business acumen across Customer Success rhythms, financial cycles, and employee engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and govern operating rhythm, decision frameworks, and executive forums to drive discipline.
• Partner with Customer Success leaders to streamline decisions and drive execution.
• Filter operational noise, surface risks early, and guide teams to resolve issues.
• Own end-to-end communications strategy and leadership messaging aligned with goals and values.
• Shape agenda, narrative structure, and visuals for executive forums and leadership events.
