Reporting directly to the Executive Operations Leader, this role blends strategic planning with executive governance, translating priorities into structured operational plans and high-visibility leadership forums.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Executive Operations or related areas within SaaS/tech.
• Experience building executive communications strategies and senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern operating rhythm, decision frameworks, and executive forums.
• Partner with CS COO leadership to streamline decision-making and drive execution.
• Maintain executive focus by surfacing risks and guiding teams to resolution.
• Own end-to-end communications strategy and messaging for leadership.
• Shape agendas, narratives, and presentation content for major executive events.
• Direct high-stakes priorities and translate open-ended challenges into execution plans.
