Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Executive Operations, Business Operations, Executive Communications, or Strategic Program Management.
• Proven track record of setting operational frameworks and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the operating rhythm, decision-making frameworks, and executive forums.
• Streamline decision-making with C-Suite leaders to drive execution and reduce friction.
• Filter operational noise, surface risks early, and guide partners to resolve issues quickly.
• Own communications strategy and messaging for leadership aligned to goals and values.
• Shape agendas and narratives for executive forums, leadership summits, and all-hands meetings.
• Direct high-stakes, ad-hoc priorities into structured execution plans across matrixed teams.
