Salesforce seeks a Director of Executive Operations & Leadership Engagement to join the Customer Success COO org. You will bridge planning and execution, translating priorities into structured operational plans and high-visibility forums.

You will own communications strategy for leadership, align with company values, and drive cross-functional execution. This role requires deep expertise in narrative framing and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Executive Operations, Business Operations, Executive Communications, or Strategic Program Management in a global SaaS/tech environment.
• Proven track record of setting operational frameworks and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Deep expertise in executive speechwriting, narrative framing, and translating complex topics into clear presentations.
• Ability to convert ambiguous inputs and open-ended requests into structured execution plans across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the operating rhythm, decision-making frameworks, and executive forums to drive discipline and accountability.
• Partner with executive leadership to streamline decision-making and drive to execution.
• Maintain executive focus by surfacing risks early and guiding teams to resolve issues.
• Own end-to-end communications strategy and messaging for leadership aligned with company goals.
• Shape agendas, narratives, and content for executive forums, summits, offsites, and all-hands meetings.
• Direct high-stakes priorities and convert complex challenges into structured plans across matrixed teams.
