You will lead through influence, coordinate diverse functions, and steward the enterprise roadmap with measurable outcomes and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable professional certification.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence, not direct authority.
• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment to realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and others.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Present progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and governance forums.
