Job summary

Integra Partners in Michigan seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives improving operations and customer experience. The role guides work from business-case development through implementation, adoption, and benefit realization, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise roadmaps, coordinating multiple functions, and ensuring measurable outcomes with governance and reporting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, or program leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred; PMP/Lean Six Sigma/change management certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and lead initiatives from opportunity assessment to value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and others by influence.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, decision rights, owners, and success measures.
• Manage budgets, resources, delivery performance, risks and issue escalation for initiatives.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, and decision forums for alignment.
