Job summary

A leading propane supplier is seeking a Director of Learning to lead their enterprise-wide learning strategies aimed at empowering employees and driving organizational success. The successful candidate will have over 12 years of experience in learning and development, preferably with enterprise level programs, and a strong background in instructional design and learning technologies. This role offers flexible hybrid work options and competitive compensation while focusing on innovative learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of learning & development experience with enterprise-level programs.
• Experience in leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establish frameworks, standards, and governance for training programs.
• Enhance learning delivery using technology and AI.

What you’ll do

• Ensure Compliance: Govern certification management, record keeping, and regulatory adherence.
• Measure Impact: Assess program success through KPIs and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Vendor Oversight: Manage external learning partners and associated processes.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent: in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required. Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years of L&D experience: required with previous experience owning enterprise level programs.
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
