Job summary

Medica is hiring a Senior Director Enterprise Readiness to guide readiness across strategy, execution, governance, and operations. You will bridge business functions, enable adoption, and champion enterprise readiness to deliver large-scale transformation with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with executives across Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations to drive readiness standards, tooling, and KPIs while ensuring compliance with Medica policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, business operations, consulting, or transformation delivery.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Readiness Owner or Senior Readiness Leader in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and mature the Readiness operating model.
• Drive enterprise readiness planning and execution to ensure operational readiness for new platforms or priorities.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management with executive leadership to ensure alignment and decision-making.
