Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving communities in multiple states, is seeking a Senior Director Enterprise Readiness. You will bridge strategy and execution to prepare the organization for large-scale transformation initiatives, align business functions, and drive governance and adoption across people, processes, technology and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, business operations, consulting, or transformation delivery.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Readiness Owner or Senior Readiness Leader in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and mature the Readiness operating model across functional teams.
• Drive enterprise readiness planning and execution to ensure the organization is operationally and culturally prepared to deliver new platforms, products, or strategic priorities.
• Lead executive-level communications to ensure alignment, transparency, and clarity on readiness, progress, and outcomes.
• Create and scale the infrastructure to surface organizational readiness risks and build a prioritization framework for ongoing risk assessment.
