Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of Change Management Strategy to design and operationalize the enterprise change management framework across the organization, ensuring programs deliver value on time and budget.

This leader will balance discipline with practical execution and accelerate initiatives. You will define standard change approaches for product releases, readiness, communications, training, and adoption measurement, building dashboards and a strong community of

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent; plus 10 years’ related experience; 10 years SME in respective area(s); and 8 years supervisory experience.
• 10 years SME in respective area(s) and 8 years supervisory experience.
• PMP or other project management certification, desired, but not required.
• Experience with JIRA and PowerBI desirable.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Smartsheet and Visio.
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the enterprise change management framework, methodology, playbooks, templates, readiness standards, and measurement model.
• Define standard change approach for product/platform releases including readiness, communications, training, and transition.
• Create a phase-gate process to assess readiness to move to next execution phase.
• Establish enterprise change intake, impact assessment, governance, and reporting routines.
• Develop reusable frameworks for readiness, adoption, training, and go-live support.
• Build an enterprise change scorecard and dashboard linking readiness, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Develop a community of practice for change practitioners and product owners.
