Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Agile Leader to drive the Agile implementation across large programs, establish scrum structures, coach through change, and align with enterprise technology strategy. You will oversee a $35M–$50M portfolio and lead 10–12 Agile Practice Leads, influencing delivery governance and strategic initiatives.

The role requires 10–15+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in people management, with a strong track record in cross-functional delivery, SAFe, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience with 3–5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ and strong delivery skills.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation.
• Problem-solving and growth mindset with a track record in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Drive Agile adoption and engage executive stakeholders to communicate value and priorities.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M–$50M and a team of 10–12 scrum masters and program managers.
• Identify initiative risks and mitigate to resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Agile performance and governance.
