Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to drive enterprise Agile implementation across complex technology initiatives. You will lead a team of Scrum Masters and Program Managers, partner with Engineering and Product teams, and manage substantial budgets while guiding transformation and governance across delivery programs.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience including leadership roles with direct reports
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to execute delivery of value-based outcomes based on the product roadmap.
• Contribute to business objectives to increase productivity and reduce time-to-market.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 scrum masters and/or program managers.
• Identify initiative delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate Agile value to executives.
• Drive business outcomes by increasing productivity and accelerating time-to-market.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support Agile transformation.
• Define and manage metrics and reporting standards to provide visibility into Agile performance.
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
• Contribute to governance and compliance protocols in delivery.
