Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to scale enterprise programs across Medicare and other strategic initiatives. You will shape Agile practice, coach leaders, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams while managing a multi-million dollar budget.

This full-time role requires 10-15+ years in technology delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to lead large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience.
• 3-5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Strong execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of problem-solving and growth mindset principles.
• Experience with innovation management and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Increase productivity and time-to-market through strategic delivery planning and governance.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 scrum masters/program managers.
• Identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability.
• Define metrics and reporting standards to monitor Agile performance.
