Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives. You will build and coach Scrum teams, partner with engineering and product teams, and guide strategic execution to maximize value across Medicare and other programs.

This role oversees a substantial budget and a team of 10–12 Agile professionals, with a strong emphasis on change management, governance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

10-15+ years of professional experience with 3-5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports.
Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex environments.
Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
Drive Agile adoption and communicate Agile value to executives.
Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 scrum masters/program managers.
Develop metrics and reporting standards for Agile performance.
