Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Agile Leader to drive enterprise delivery across Medicare and strategic initiatives. You will establish Scrum team structures, coach through change, and oversee a significant budget while aligning product and technology strategies for maximum value.

Responsibilities include partnering with Engineering and Product teams to execute roadmaps, managing risks, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience with 3-5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ across large programs.
• Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes on the product roadmap.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability.
• Define and manage metrics and reporting standards to provide visibility into Agile performance.
